Tariffs
Our offices have different prices (from 350 to 1000 ₽ per hour) depending on the size, day of the week, time of day and number of visitors. The price table for each office can be found at the bottom of the page with its description.

The service must be booked no later than the day before the reservation. To book, email us on any of our messengers.
Penalties
None of the following should be present at the conclusion of your rental (and fire and noise should not be present during your rental.) If violations are reported by other customers or cleaners, you will be billed a mandatory invoice.
You will not be able to continue to use our services without paying this bill.
For repeated violations of the same item during the following bookings, a multiplier of 5 is applied.

Each fine bill includes a processing fee (50 ₽).
If it is necessary to spend more than 2 minutes for cleaning, an additional penalty for delaying the next client in the amount of 500 rubles will be charged. The estimate of time spent on cleaning is made by the next client and is accepted by us without verification.
Methods of payment
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, MIR bank cards, as well as by ApplePay and GooglePay services.
The payment acceptance service is provided by PayAnyWay.
PayAnyWay does not transfer your card data to the payment recipient and other third parties. Security of payments with bank cards is ensured by HTTPS secure connection and 3D Secure two-factor user authentication technologies.
In accordance with the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", if you are provided a service or sold goods of improper quality, the payment can be returned to the bank card from which the payment was made.
Refund
For a refund if you cancel your reservation, click on your reservation under "My Reservations" or on the "Schedule" page, and then click on the "Proceed to Cancellation" link.
You can return the funds to your bank card or to our internal account of your choice.
Disbursement of funds occurs within 10 days of the refund request.
Refunds to the internal account are made instantly.
