From the metro Paveletskaya take exit 3. Next, exit the station building and turn right onto Kozhevnicheskaya street. Walk along the street to the Kozhevniki shopping center (a rectangular brick building), in front of it turn left into Kozhevnichesky proezd. At the end of building 4/5, building 5 (in front of the bright orange business center), turn left and enter the entrance next to the Tasty cafe.

Маленький, но уютный кабинет. Использовала для проведения онлайн занятий, была одна. Интернет работал без сбоев, шустрый, легко и быстро подключилась. Чай, кофе, сахар и стаканчики были в наличии. Душновато немного, открывала окно, с улицы периодически был слышен громкий шум (сигналили машины, громкие разговоры людей под окнами), но это было не постоянно, всё-таки окно не на большую улицу, а во двор выходит. Вид урбанистический, но симпатичный. С удовольствием воспользуюсь ещё раз этим кабинетом при необходимости.

Действительно воняет кошками как тут написали. Кабинет неуютный, как будто вместо кладовки сделали. Кондея нет, под окнами курят, диван прям физически противный, даже смотреть на него. В общем, я бы постыдилась это в аренду сдавать.

В кабинете пахло кошачьей мочой при открывании. Открыла окно и дверь проветрить. Запах ушел. Диван в пятнах, в разводах. Есть кулер, но нет стаканчиков. Занималась с подростком, ему было комфортно. Сказал, что можно продолжить тут. Со взрослым поменяла бы кабинет, однозначно
