Hourly rental of a premium class office in Zamoskvorechye in the “club center”: with its own parking, air conditioning, a cooler inside the office, a pair of designer chairs, ottomans for legs and a work desk with a work chair on wheels.
There are only three offices in the center, there is a small waiting area and a kitchenette.
In the kitchen: refrigerator (no freezer), dishwasher, reverse osmosis water filter, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee machine, Smart Barista Nespresso smart milk frother and a set of coffee cups from the VIEW collection by the Swiss design studio Atelier oï. The rental price includes instant coffee, cocoa and tea bags.
Loud techniques are not allowed in this office — screaming, singing, stomping, playing musical instruments, etc. Be sure to work with the door closed so as not to disturb other tenants. All group discussions, greetings by the participants to each other and farewell to each other are prohibited in the common corridor of the center!
The office already has everything you need for productive work
No need to go out to pour water — we installed a cooler inside the cabinet. Tea, coffee or cocoa can be prepared in the kitchenette and taken with Every day, as needed, we report office supplies: pencils, pens, A4 paper.
In the office, there is improved soundproofing of the door (noise-insulating curtain).

Parking
Parking space:
- To use our parking, you need to make a deposit for the barrier remote control (1000 ₽), and also book the parking itself on the website. To make a deposit, please contact us in any way from the Contact page.
- You can take the key with you to conveniently enter and exit through the barrier. If desired, you can return the key by agreement with our employee and return the deposit (the key can be returned no earlier than after 3 months).
- Parking must be booked in advance on the center schedule page through the website or through the “Parking” item in the additional equipment on the booking page!
- Parking cost — 100 ₽/hour.
- Parking is only allowed in front and on the side of the house. Parking behind the house is strictly prohibited.
- If you need parking one time, it is better to use city parking.
