Rent an office with an hourly rate near Baumanskaya metro station: on the second floor of a business center with its own parking lot, with designer renovation, air conditioning, a cooler and a hallway area inside, three large comfortable chairs and an ottoman “sheep-like”.
The office already has everything you need for productive work and breaks ;-)
Daily, as needed, we report stationery: pencils, pens, paper A4. For a coffee break, we installed a cooler with water heating and cooling functions, and monitor the availability of tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, and disposable cups. The toilet pass card is located outside the office next to the door in the mini-safe with the code 3939. Please note that in this office, chairs can only be moved by lifting them.
Comfortable temperature
- The air conditioner cools and heats the air;
- The window opens wide, in ventilation and micro-ventilation modes.
Hallway
- Wall hanger with a shelf for hats and a crossbar for clothes hangers;
- Wall mirror;
- Shoehorn;
- Shoe rack with slippers.
Furniture
- Three large and comfy chairs (two of brown faux suede and one white from special matting by Chistetika);
- Two magazine tables in solid pine and brushed black metal. The height of the large table (60 cm) allows you to comfortably use it as a table for a laptop;
- Small round soft pouffe made of artificial sheepskin.

Room B-63 is located at the opposite end of the courtyard from other offices (B-1, B-4 and others). From the checkpoint, go straight to the metro ventilation shaft, turn right to the end and then left into the passage between the two buildings. You need the body on the left. Enter the black metal door and go up to the second floor. On the second floor, right in front of you, there will be a door with a golden combination lock with the number 63.

Спасибо за обратную связь! Нам жаль, что из-за недостаточного информирования с нашей стороны Вы столкнулись с такой проблемой! Кулер в кабинете для большего комфорта посетителей мы заменили на автоматическую помпу с краником. Бутыль для воды находится в декоративном чехле на месте кулера. Вероятно, Вы её не заметили и вместо этого воспользовались водой из запасной бутыли с водой… Мы повесим яркую информационную табличку рядом с помпой. Для нагрева воды в кабинете установлен чайник. Мы приняли такое решение для того, чтобы внезапный звук от подогрева и охлаждения воды в кулере не мешал посетителям кабинета.
