There are three groups of rooms in this center:

Territory plan of the business center
  • B-1, B-4, B-9, B-11 and B-13 are located in building 1 — a two-story business center building on the second floor in a common corridor with other tenants — eyebrow stylists, manicurists, massage therapists, a tea store and etc. Entrance to the toilets using a key fob. They hang in every office. Also, the keychain is in the safe next to office B-1. Safe code #2233;
  • B-32 and B-33 is located in the same building 1 at the entrance immediately to the left after the entrance on the third floor. Entrance to the toilet is free;
  • B-63 in building 11 on the second floor. The toilet is on the 1st floor. Entrance via key fob — hanging in the office. There is a safe next to the office, you can use your card. Safe code #3939.

You can enter the hallway to rooms B-32 and B-33 1 minute before the start of your reservation. If the office is free, the pin code is activated 11 minutes before the reservation, if busy — 3 minutes. In the hallway there is a wardrobe, slippers and an ottoman for changing into your own shoes or replacement shoes, or for putting on shoe covers.

There are no waiting areas at this center, so we recommend arriving close to your reservation time. For long waits (for example, accompanying your clients), you can use the Zagorami restaurant, which is located right on the territory of the business center (in the summer there is a veranda).

Toilets are common to all tenants of the business center. They have hot water, soap, hand wipes and toilet paper.

How to get there?

There's only one way out of the metro Baumanskaya, which leads to Baumanskaya street. Move to the right along Baumanskaya street. In 100 meters, take the first turn right to Bakuninskaya street. In 200 meters, you will see the ZA GORAMI restaurant. To the right of its entrance, there is a checkpoint (free pass) with a barrier gate. In the yard, you will see doorsteps on the left. Go past the doorsteps and turn left. The entrance is in the corner.
